The Arborfield Garrison Landowner's Consortium, which relates to land at the Garrison, Dovecote Nursey and part of Westwood Farm, wants your feedback prior to submitting an outline planning application for the Consortium's site in early 2011.
Welcome to this consultation by the Consortium which is a key component in the development of the wider Arborfield Garrison Strategic Development Location (AG SDL).
Since the Core Strategy Examination in April 2009, the Consortium has been working up proposals for the development of around 165 hectares in the central and northern part of AG SDL for new mixed use residential led development, designed in accordance with best practice in sustainable development.
