Welcome to the GVA Grimley public consultation website for the research study to examine the planning application process in Wales.

The Welsh Assembly Government is currently conducting a comprehensive review of the planning application process. It has appointed GVA Grimley, under the guidance of a Steering Group containing representatives from the public, private and voluntary sectors, to conduct the research study that will inform the review.

GVA Grimley's final report will be presented to the Minister for Environment, Sustainability and Housing in April. However, prior to this we are keen to hear your views on our draft report, which can be viewed here as a PDF file.
